Klingons, naturally enemies of tribbles, came to the Bridge to rescue us all. Convergence weapons policy prohibits deadly harm, even for tribbles, but they brought stickers proclaiming, "This tribble has been spayed." And lo, they were, slowing down the inundation just a bit.
